The essentials: use Os Verbos for your own
learning, keep your account secure, and respect the service and
its content. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law
gives you.
1. The service and operator
Os Verbos helps you practise Portuguese verbs through guided
learning, custom practice and review. The service is operated by
Stanislav Slesarev, Lisboa 1000-103, Portugal. Please read these terms
before using the service. If you do not agree, do not use it;
contact us with any questions.
The website introduces the app and provides policy information. It
does not provide browser-based sign-in or practice. Public iPhone
availability will be announced when release is ready.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Os Verbos.
You must also be legally able to agree to these terms or have any
permission required by applicable law.
You can practise locally as a guest. Account features use Sign in
with Apple or Google. Follow your provider’s rules, use an account
you are entitled to use, and keep your device and provider account
secure. Do not share credentials or pretend to be someone else.
Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful personal learning. Do not interfere
with its operation, bypass authentication or security controls,
attempt to access another person’s data, distribute malicious
code, or use automated requests to overload the service.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address
misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Contact us if you
believe a restriction was mistaken. We will respect any notice and
remedy requirements under applicable law.
4. Learning content
The app, website, design and learning content are protected by
applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use them for
personal learning. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit
you to redistribute the service’s content as your own product.
We work to make lessons useful and accurate, but language examples
and progress indicators are learning aids, not professional advice
or a qualification. Let us know about mistakes so we can
investigate.
5. Privacy and account history
Our privacy policy explains the information
used for sign-in, learning, synchronization and service operation.
Signing out does not delete saved learning history or a
server-side account. For account-data requests, contact
support@osverbos.com.
You may stop using the service at any time. Automated account
export and deletion are not currently available in the app. Apple
and Google have their own terms and privacy policies for their
sign-in services.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve or change the service, and availability can be
affected by maintenance, device compatibility or network problems.
We do not promise uninterrupted access. Mandatory rights
concerning digital services remain unaffected.
We may update these terms as the service develops. We will publish
the revised terms and effective date, and give additional notice
or seek agreement where applicable law requires it.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer,
data-protection or other rights under applicable law, or liability
that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a provision cannot
be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the
extent permitted by law.
If a problem arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
These terms do not require private arbitration or waive your right
to seek remedies available under applicable law.
